By accessing or using HVACJobs.IO (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HVACJobs.IO.
HVACJobs.IO is a niche job board that connects HVAC technicians with HVAC contractors and employers across the United States. Browsing and applying for jobs is free for technicians. Employers pay to post job listings. We require salary transparency and certification details on every listing so technicians can make informed decisions without wasting time on vague postings.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@hvacjobs.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
Each person may hold only one account. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
The HVACJobs.IO name, logo, platform design, and all original content produced by us are our exclusive property. Job listing content — including job descriptions, requirements, and benefits — is owned by the employer who posted it. Profile content — including resumes, certifications, and work history — is owned by the technician who provided it.
By submitting content to the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Service (for example, showing a job listing to job seekers, or including your profile in search results).
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that job listings are current or accurate, or that using the platform will result in employment. We do not guarantee the accuracy of salary data presented on the platform — it reflects what employers have submitted and is not independently verified.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HVACJobs.IO and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. You and HVACJobs.IO each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice to registered users via email before the revised Terms take effect. The updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
